About Us

Caycee has always had an interest in health and natural remedies for common ailments. She also enjoys good food that is good for you and loves to try new recipes. She often reminisces about a strange concoction her grandmother taught her to make to soothe a cough and spending hours in the garden picking vegetables that she and her grandmother would later turn into a delicious, healthy family meal. Those memories were a foundation that would grow into a passion later in life after beginning a journey into alternative therapies, such as massage therapy and nutrition.

She is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and currently works full-time in IT. However, her passion lies in holistic wellness, which led her to pursue a Holistic Wellness program. She plans to sit for the National Association for Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and  National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) board exams as well as apply to be a Registered Herbalist through the American Herbalist Guild (AHG).

Caycee firmly believes that true wellness encompasses not just physical health but mental and emotional health as well. She is dedicated to helping others achieve balance in all areas of their lives and fully stands behind her motto of utilizing Earth's bounty to bring vitality and wellness back into peoples' lives
